Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We use flat rate shipping to keep things simple.
Standard Shipping: $9.95 per order. This covers apparel, scarves, jewelry, leather goods, cuff links, watches, tumblers, hats, totes, and gift cards.
Heavy Items (Mugs and Coasters): Because of the weight and care required to pack these items safely, mugs and coasters ship at a higher rate. Your first mug or coaster ships at the standard $9.95 rate. Each additional mug is $5.95 and each additional coaster is $4.95. This is not a markup — it reflects the actual cost of packing and shipping heavy, breakable items so they arrive in one piece.
If your order includes both standard and heavy items, both rates will apply.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to work with you.
To start a return, email us at info@thankfulsheep.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first.
Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of your date of purchase. All items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition — tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Shipping charges (both original and return) are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on the same terms as returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways. Email us at info@thankfulsheep.com to get started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at info@thankfulsheep.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will cover the return shipping and make it right.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
